Christmas Eve offers a feast of dishes like roast lobster with winter vegetables and crunchy corn, grouper Béarnaise with chanterelles, or confit suckling pig.
The last night of the year kicks off with a signature cocktail by Manel Vehí, before a gourmet menu of amuse-bouche, scallops, grilled John Dory, suckling lamb with creamy morel cannelloni, pre-dessert and dessert. The experience starts with an aperitif at the Skybar overlooking the twinkling lights of Barcelona and ends with music, dancing and an open bar with cocktails by Manel Vehí until 1.30am.
On Christmas Day and Boxing Day our usual menu will be available with a selection of classic and traditional dishes for all tastes.
