The City Bar & Restaurant serves typical Mediterranean fare within a bistro type format. Traditional dishes given a contemporary make-over with the emphasis on seasonal and fresh cuisine.
The menu was created by Sergi Fernández, Grand Hotel Central’s Food and Drink director and chef Alberto Vicente who trained at some of Barcelona’s top restaurants. Farm-to-table, reliable food where attention to detail makes the difference in terms of taste and flavour.
The location, in the city centre, with its relaxed but sophisticated interior design which is filled with natural light make this a great choice for any time of the day, breakfast, lunch, dinner or anything in between.
