Conde de Godó Tennis Tournament


The Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell, popularly known as the Conde de Godó trophy, is one of the major international tennis events. This competition is part of the ATP 500 and is held annually with great expectation in the city.


This year's edition has already confirmed the presence of Carlos Alcaraz and Rafa Nadal, number 1 and 2 in the ATP Singles ranking respectively, and there are many more players from the top positions of this world ranking expected.


Schedule of the Conde de Godó in Barcelona


The 70th edition of the Conde de Godó will be held from the 15th to the 23rd of April at the Real Club de Tenis de Barcelona. The Conde de Godó schedules for this year in the Singles and Doubles categories are as follows:



  • 15 and 16 April: Qualies

  • 17-20 April: First, second and third rounds

  • 20-21 April: Quarterfinals

  • 22 April: Semi-finals

  • 23 April: Finals

F1 Grand Prix in Montmeló


Another major event of the year in Barcelona is the Formula 1 Grand Prix to be held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, known as Circuit de Montmeló, from 2 to 4 June 2023.


Among the novelties of the sporting event is the debut of Fernando Alonso with Aston Martin and the follow-up of Carlos Sainz as a Ferrari driver. Max Verstappen, who will defend his championship title, Lewis Hamilton, and Nico Hulkemberg, who will return to the race after several years, will be among the international faces at the Montmeló F1 Grand Prix.

Tickets for F1 Montmelo 2023 are currently sold out on the event's official website. However, the Spanish GP could release a new batch of tickets before the event.
