Responsibilities:
- Bar restocking: Ensure beverages, ice, glassware, garnishes, utensils, and all materials needed by the bartenders are always available.
- Ingredient preparation: Cut fruit, prepare garnishes, refill syrups, juices, and premixes.
- Service support: Assist bartenders during peak hours by quickly providing requested products and materials.
- Cleaning and organization: Keep workstations clean and orderly; empty trash cans and sinks; wash and put away glasses and tools.
- Stock management:Report shortages in a timely manner, organize storage areas, and assist the manager with inventory operations.
- Setup and closing: Prepare the bar before the shift begins and reorganize stations at the end, following internal procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Serving guests with courtesy and professionalism, meeting 5-star service standards.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing recommendations according to customer preferences.
- Serve food and beverages in an elegant and efficient way, ensuring that presentation standards are met.
- Know the menu and the details of the dishes, as well as being informed about vegetarian, vegan and allergenic options.
- Keep up to date on special offers and hotel promotions.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring the dining environment is spotless.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and bar staff to ensure a smooth and coordinated service.
- Handle payments and transactions accurately, using the point-of-sale system as needed.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints proactively and resolve issues efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities and services to provide accurate information to guests.

Responsible for:
